Ingredients
  • ¾ lb. chicken livers (chopped into 1-1.5 inch pieces)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 red pepper
  • 6-8 wooden skewers
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the vegetables/fruit and livers into similar sized chunks.
  2. Place the pieces on the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  3. Brush with a little olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika to taste.
  5. Grill for approximately 10 minutes turning frequently until the liver is cooked.
  6. Serve on green leaves.
