Ingredients

raw almonds

pistachios

desiccated coconut (unsweetened)

pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

chia seeds

lemon zest

vanilla bean extract

goji berries

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a 9×9 brownie tin with parchment paper.
Chop the nuts roughly and mix with the rest of the ingredients until fully combined.
Pour into the lined brownie tin and press down.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and wait until they are fully cooled before chopping into bars. Refrigerate to make them extra firm.
Store in an air tight container.
