Hi, I’m new to this whole forum thing. I’ve been struggling with ‘issues’ for years though. If anyone can give me any feedback it would be appreciated…(I’m getting the typical runaround between doctors and not getting very far).
I am 33, female, exercise often(or I gain weight) and eat healthy(or so I think..mostly whole foods-meat,veggies,some fruit, nuts, healthy fats, eggs). On the ‘lower carb’ side you could say…I am very food conscious.
ANYWAYS, the past few years the things I’ve been ‘diagnosed’ with are Hashimotos(I’m on Armour thyroid now), Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, IBS, anxiety/depression(diagnosed 15 years ago because struggled with drug addiction in my twenties).
I have serious food intolerances and digestive problems which I can’t seem to identify…sugar REALLY aggravates me and I’m not absorbing all the nutrients I do eat. I have low body temp. pulse, blood pressure, bad circulation, low progesterone and estrogen(I haven’t gotten my period in a year), pelvic pain, muscle spasms and soreness, sleep issues, need to eat very often, anxiety issues, low white blood cell count and high cortisol levels.
I feel like my adrenaline is extremely up and down… as in, I exercise and feel GREAT and want to keep going, I feel ALIVE and can think, but then crash for a couple days and sleep is terrible… I literally cry a lot and feel AWFUL and dead-like. It’s gotten worse so I recently gave up high intensity exercise and only workout in mornings because I can’t ‘calm’ down enough to sleep if I do later in the day.
I know I’ve maybe included a lot here, and I’m sure I’m leaving some out but I need to start somewhere… any help would be great!!!

Have you considered doing a comprehensive stool analysis? Many of those symptoms you mentioned can be caused by gut dysbiosis of some kind. Symptoms like IBS, food intolerances, digestive problems can all be a result, and those digestive issues then can lead to the other symptoms you mention like anxiety, sleep issues etc.
