Home › Adrenal Fatigue Forum › General Questions › Do I have Adrenal fatigue? Blood results
I’m a 25yo male and 3 months ago I went to my GP and described my symptoms (dizzy, difficulty falling asleep, very hard to get out of bed in the morning, low energy levels, brain fog, stingy eyes). He then told me to do blood tests, the tests came in and everything was normal except vitamin D. The problem is that 3 months ago I did not know what adrenal fatigue was. I just went into the office and described my symptoms.
My vit D was 18.2ng/ml – range (30-100).
TSH 2.35 – range (0.27 – 4.2).
T4 Free 21.4 pmol – range (11 – 24).
Everything was in range except vit D. I also posted my tsh and t4 free results since it might be relevant.
I’m going back in a week because since my last visit nothing has changed pretty much. (I was prescribed vitamin D). Should I ask for any specific testing to get my adrenal glands checked out?
Thanks in advance.
Do you find yourself constantly fatigued, and struggling to get out of bed in the mornings? Do you feel unable to cope with stressful situations? If so, you might be suffering from Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome.
