ModeratorHave you tried all the lifestyle changes such as going to bed early, cutting out the caffeine, getting your stress under control, essential oils, meditation, etc?

ParticipantThank you for your response Maria.I guess I’m doing my best with all my lifestyle.I don’t do coffee.Sometimes decaf. No sodas,I eat healthy…I do meditation few times a week. When I have enough energy I do run few miles.( I used to be good runner).I sleep around 8 hours.Unfortunately not the deepest sleep.I gotta admit I have some digestion issues lately. And I assume it’s all about the gut,so I’m focusing on fixing my digestion issues too.I had very stressful life before, but for last 2 years I’m in great place.I own business and when I don’t feel good I`m taking it easy.
Still trying new supplements.Just bought PROFESSIONAL FORMULAS Pure Adrenal 400mg.Will try this.Let`s hope for a best.November 4, 2017 at 5:18 am #13561Whisper
ParticipantI tried Adrenal Cortex I still feel exhausted. Adrenal issues are awful. My digestion is terrible. Having no Gallbladder does not help and My TSH will not stay correct as Adrenals effect even higher amounts the Adrenals need to be addressed. My Doctor is completely ignoring this with my Thyroid . She is New does not think Adrenals are ever a issue. Feeling hopeless. I can hardly crawl out of bed. My legs feel like they weigh a 100 pounds.
Blood pressure had been low. And I am to cool. Temp is nor right.November 4, 2017 at 5:22 am #13562Whisper

ParticipantWhisper. I personally have had good success with aptogens and other natural based products. You do have to find what works for you and it takes time. My cortisol is normal at noon and evening but crashes around 3 a.m. and is way low in the morning. It’s been improving and I’ve been able to obtain mostly undisturbed sleep finally. For me I’m watching what I eat for dinner and how close to bed time. I’m finding carbs like brown rice or any kind of potatoe for dinner to be a culprit. I still monitor other things throughout the day and look for patterns. Adrenal fatigue is just not easy to deal with. It takes some work, a lot of time and a lot of experimenting to find what works for you. It helps when you have a good doctor or two which I am blessed to have. I have good indepth conversations with them and they are like friends. Based on my personal experience, natural is the way to go.
