How would my adrenal glands react to oral methylprednisolone?

Hi!
So about a month ago, I went to an urgent care to talk to them about some pressure in my sinuses I was having, along with an eye problem, and I left with prednisone… I never should have taken it honestly, and truly regret. I hardly use drugs as it is when I’m sick, but alas, three days later, I was spasming in about every muscle of my body and felt extreme inflammation in my neck and back off and on for about a week and a half. Then off and on twitches, tingling, anxiety attacks, hard time sleeping.
Now I have joint pain off and on, (in weird places sometimes! Like my thumb hurt all morning then stopped) soreness in my neck and back, and still only sleep 6/7 hours a night… I’m lucky if I don’t wake up multiple times.

I’m 25 and these problems are really strange for me. Worrisome sometimes and that doesn’t help the stress.

Any thoughts on what my body could be going through? Is this adrenal fatigue? And am I on the up and up?

Thanks, your website has been very encouraging be so far. I’m going to adapt a lot of what you e suggested of meals and supplements!
