Hey.
I’m on a multi vitamin since a while back but I probably need more than that. I’ve read that Dr Wilson’s supplement helps a lot of people on amazon but I don’t trust reviews on that site. Has anyone here been on his pills? Thanks.
I’ve heard good things about Dr Wilson’s supplements too. There’s also the list of supplements compiled here:

Thanks for the reply.
I’m aware of that list but it contains so many things. What helped you recover?
For me, 2 of the most important were B-Complex and Ashwagandha. You could also consider some vitamin C and another adaptogen. But everyone’s situation is different. One of the most crucial things is to increase the amount of nutrients that you get from your food. So for example, you might want to eat some avocado or pumpkin seeds most days, to make sure that you get enough magnesium. Fawne’s book contains lots of advice on the adrenal fatigue ‘superfoods’ that contain high amounts of these valuable nutrients.

Thanks for the info.
What diet did you follow btw? One of those vegetables heavy?
I dunno how trustworthy Eric Bakker (a friend of Dr Wilson) is but I just read a post where he said that 80% of the recovery is due to lifestyle changes and diet, so I’ll start with those. Hopefully a multivitamin is decent enough for the B and C vitamins.
