I’ve found lots of very helpful pages, including this one, with lots of information about adrenal fatigue. It is very nice to know that there are other people out there who can relate, although I’m sorry to hear others are struggling.

I’m looking for something outside of education/discussion. Has anyone found a support group or online community for people suffering from adrenal fatigue? The only one I found has closed its membership.

Thank you, I’m 18 months into my journey, and I’m currently in a relapse.

Hi Joyfulmom, sorry for the late reply! I don’t know of any online communities or support groups that might help. However, if you pop your question in here then I (or someone else) can certainly try our best. And of course, Fawne’s book has the answer to lots of questions too. I hope that helps!
