    Good Afternoon,

    I have severe Adrenal Fatigue and very low DHEA. I was prescribed Rhodiola and DHEA supplements recently. I take Vitamin B, C and D and I was reading that Magnesium is another beneficial supplement. What type of Magnesium should I try. There are so many variations I am uncertain which one to purchase.

    Some forms of Magnesium can disrupt bowel osmolarity and cause symptoms like diarrhea. The type that is most bioavailable and tolerated best is generally Magnesium glycinate. You can see a good example here. Glycine is an amino acid that has been linked to better sleep too!
