I have been on anti depressants most of my adult life ( I am almost 50 now) I am terrified of coming off them though as my last breakdown was horrible and I could not cope with that again, or put my family through caring for me again with that. I know I need to do more in the way of exercise but I hate sports and getting sweaty and hot, I do go for walks in cool weather, its a pain as I am built to be sporty and yet prefer to read books and cook ( started making soups and low carb home made meals since a diagnosis with Diabetes as opposed to cakes and bread) once I start walking I am ok, its just getting going that is hard.

I am very heat intolerant, I cannot handle heat above 20c and in summer become no good for anything, hot, sweaty and very tired. It feels like having a fever. I am now having hot flushes as a result of the menopause following a hsyterectomy for cancer but I was always very hot and sweaty no matter how often I wash or change my clothes. I have alot of health problems, I had PCOS, and have Diabetes type 2. I am a typical PCOS/adrenal fatigue shape as well, very apple shaped with thin almost emaciated looking legs with very little thigh muscle, slim arms but a very thick waist and protruding belly ( to do with cortisol and stress) I reckon the heat things is due to adrenal fatigue though
