I think I am getting enough sleep but I tend to cycle between anxiety causing insomnia or fatigue causing me to need to sleep for long periods of time and not being refreshed afterwards. The virus I had put me in bed for a week hardly being able to get up for more than 2 hours and then last week I had some kind of relapse after too much stress. I suppose the hardest thing for me is the unpredictable nature of this illness, one day brings so many different ups and downs. The only thing that worked out of everything I tried to reduce anxiety was beta blockers, that finally calmed me down enough to feel some relief.
