Im perplexed about that myself. I dont know if my anxiety is physical or mental. I feel like our threshold for anxiety symptoms is MUCH lower than a regular persons because we cannot handle stress as well. I was having blurry vision, tinnitus, and lightheadedness which i thought was due to impending death or something but when I calmed down by meditating, my symptoms went away.

I did some more research and found that my shallow breathing was from chronic subconscious hyperventilation. I did about an hour of meditation and found my breathing to improve although it is still a bit shallow.
