Annabel, I haven’t slept well because of fibromyalgia, although I’m doing better recently thankfully. The tinnitus doesn’t seem to have changed though. I just purchased Fawne’s ebook and will get into it hugely. I do my best to breathe well, only drink decaf (coffee & tea) and only one of each daily. A glass of wine is about it and that’s about once a week (or not at all). I’m trying everything to recover from fibro, AF and tinnitus. Fibro is a sleep disorder due to stress and it’s a miserable cycle that a person gets into – not sleeping well and therefore no real recovery because sleep is necessary for that repair time.
BenP, I had to look up pyroluria as I hadn’t heard of it. As for the link, wow, that’s interesting. As for the “gatekeeping areas” fibro is chronic pain and I’ve been dealing with it since about 1995 (I’m not as bad off as some people but it’s still there daily and sometimes nightly it keeps me awake). Fibromyalgia is a neurotransmitter problem so I’m going to follow up on what you’ve written. It gives me hope 🙂
Thanks so much you guys.
JudyParticipantHi Annabel, thanks for the reply. I’m aware of all of the points you mentioned. These don’t apply to me. I’ve asked my doctor and he has no answers, he suffers from it as well he said. It’s become worse as time goes on as I don’t sleep at all well, and haven’t for years, that adds to body stress as we know. Thanks though, I appreciate your reply.
