Also recommend magnesium and zinc, and staying hydration. Hang in there.

Won’t go into details, but I know exactly what you are talking about.
Are you getting good sleep? That is what seemed to make the difference with me. I don’t know how viral vertigo exacerbates everything, but at least as far as the AF goes, I took Unisom sleep aid to make sure I maxed out my sleep. I used eyemask (better sleep quality, I totally recommend) and sleep relaxtion music till I started falling asleep then pulled earplugs…but for me, ensuring you get a great sleep seems to me the most effective and quickest way to recovery. I also quit coffee which was not easy, and only walked for exercise. I feel you frustration there too, I normally lift and do kettlebell (what got me in this mess to begin with, as I over trained to the point of frying my adrenals).
Hang in there, let us know how you are doing with updates.
jeremyParticipantThanks Annabel. That is what I was thinking too. I have certainly made changes as if it were caused by stress; I have a family, bills, and a day job that I have a healthy amount of dislike for, :P.
I have quit coffee. Not fun going without, but not nearly as crappy as adrenal fatigue! Started deep breathing throughout the day and concentrating on getting better sleep.
Prayers and thoughts with everyone who has suffered for long periods of time. My heart goes out to you.
