Hi Trish,
I tried your suggestions and the breath of fire breathing really seems to help. I think maybe with these tools I might be able to stop the tea even.

I have eliminated coffee and just drink green tea now and am working on lowering that. I never use any sugar.
From the videos it says to do it gradually as ridding yourself of caffeine can be stressing itself. Plus at this time, I don’t know what else to do. I need to work and support myself. My work involves a lot of driving so if I am too sleepy it is dangerous. So I am not going to stop completely at this moment.

I would look at the reasons why you’re so tired and craving that buzz in the first place. Are you sleeping well, or enough? Are you eating a nutritious, balanced diet? Do you do enough (not too much) exercise?
I have suffered from severe social anxiety as far as I can remember. Basically any interaction, even just being in school caused me great panic. I also have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. However, I think it is the years of extreme anxiety 20-30 years that just stressed out my system. I am getting better mentally but my I feel my body just shut down from the years of stress.
Right now I am really stressed out that I don’t have enough energy to live a normal life or even work. I am always worried about working.
As far as sleeping I have to sleep atleast 10 hours a day with a 30-45 minute nap in the afternoon. I actually am kind of depressed about that as I feel I am sleeping my life away.
I’ve started eating a better diet as I developed many food sensitivities. I didn’t know what was causing my allergies. So if I don’t eat healthy I get terrible allergy like symptoms.
I haven’t been exercising but am just starting with walking…
I think it is more the lifelong dealings with stress through panic and anxiety. Now, I am just trying to heal myself…
