What diet did you follow btw? One of those vegetables heavy?
I dunno how trustworthy Eric Bakker (a friend of Dr Wilson) is but I just read a post where he said that 80% of the recovery is due to lifestyle changes and diet, so I’ll start with those. Hopefully a multivitamin is decent enough for the B and C vitamins.
