I Wanted to give you an update.
i already feel better again then a few weeks ago. sure i have my good days and my bad days but a lot more good days nowadays.
I found a youtube video of one mr John Bergman who explains everything like you and it makes so much sense! a slow thyroid is just a normal reaction of the body dealing with stress. if the adrenals are taking over the thyroid is doing a step back. and then the fact that i used hypothyroidsm medication for 10 months. wich might have had an opposite reaction. everything is connected.
I blend and juice a shake once a day with fruits and veggies. sometimes i ad this ashwaganda and take a vitamin b-complex.
I stopped doing my little weightlifting workouts and stopped drinking alcohol.
just taking it slow.
i also spent lots of days on the beach with my friend and doing al sorts of crazy stuff and just feeling fine!
