Nothing beats a popsicle on a hot day. But although they might make you feel great, are they actually doing your health any favors? Most popsicles are loaded with added sugars that are hard on the adrenal glands, and they also contain a large helping of artificial coloring agents.
Making your own food is almost always healthier than buying it in a package, and popsicles are no different. There are lots of simple fruit-based popsicle recipes that you can make at home, but this one is a little different. Instead of water, it uses coconut milk to give the popsicles a smooth, creamy texture. Coconut milk is packed full of healthy fats to keep your energy levels high and your appetite satisfied. Try it and let me know what you think!

- 1 tsp. stevia powder
- ¾ cup blueberries and raspberries
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
-
In a large jug mix together all the ingredients.
-

-
