Home › Adrenal Fatigue Forum › General Questions › Silica and Vitamin C for AF??
I have very high Cortisol in the am with the crash in mid to late afternoon. High estrogen and progesterone and low testosterone. I am taking Estrium, B Complex and a Vessel Care (metagenics) and fish oil, for 2 months but not feeling much better. I am wondering about Ashwahandha, Silica and Vitamin C supplements as well???
Don’t forget to look at other parts of your life too. You can get lots of vitamins from your diet, and if your AM cortisol is high then you probably have some stress or anxiety that you might want to deal with.
I do like Ashwagandha in particular though – it’s a great supplement.
I have heard…Ashwagandha are difficult on the stomach. Any truth to that?
I have been taking 400 mgs for a week before bed and no issues! I can only describe sleep as being heavier, a little groggy in the am upon waking…No vivid dreams like I had with 5 HTP…
Do you find yourself constantly fatigued, and struggling to get out of bed in the mornings? Do you feel unable to cope with stressful situations? If so, you might be suffering from Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome.
