You WILL be alive, Liz. You are strong inside and this is NOT your exit. Try to put your fear and anxiety in a box in your brain and shove that box behind everything.
Compartmentalize it. Put your negative thoughts and fears inside the box and close it lock it and shove behind everything and focus on being relaxed and positive. And after you’ve come out of surgery just take it slow and easy. Take it one minute at a time.I’ve never heard of Prolia and I’ve been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis since 2006. You should see my hands! My face and body look younger than what I am, 50 years old but my knuckles on my hands!! Whew! They are all gnarled like an 80 year old. My docs are even impressed. I don’t believe it’s OA anyway. It’s an inflammatory reaction from foods from what our adrenal glands release. Our Adrenal Glands have messed up our digestive system so bad.
It’s NEVER too late to help the Adrenal Glands heal. If at 50 years I am actually getting relief bc of addressing my adrenals when they’ve been so severely fatigued since I was 20 years old. That’s 30 years of my Adrenal Glands not getting the help they needed till now. I know the adrenals are healable.
My prayers and thoughts are with you, tonight and through your surgery tomorrow and afterwards for your recovery. Just try to take deep relaxing breaths in and try to release your fear and negativity with the release of your breath. Imagine a bright white light will protect you throughout your surgery and you will open your eyes when doctors are done to see your husband and your loved ones around you.
Let me know how you are feeling when you are able to. You’ll be just fine. Prayers have started and will keep coming and coming.
GoalRemissionParticipantMy post got sent before I had a chance to finish.

I think we need a system to be each other’s support and unfortunately the forum’s are not used enough by us.
I hope we can get a room. An adrenal Fatigue room, for us to talk. And give each other support and tips.
Sending you, Liz, her hubby, and ANYONE else dealing with chronic illness, like cfs, fms and adrenal fatigue a big hug of well wishes and hopes to be able to talk closer than messages.
Oh, and my previous message broke off before I could fix my phone number. If you have adrenal fatigue, I do too. I was diagnosed with cfs and fms which is really AF my phone number is 253-632-4366. Maybe we can be each other’s support.
GoalRemissionParticipantLiz, my name is Susan and I know how you feel, like you’ve been ill for so long and docs can’t even help.
But we can get better. I had a 6 moth remission from Adrenal Fatigue for 6 moths in 2006 when I found out my c’s and my Fm’s is in actuality Adrenal Fatigue.
After 6 moths of great remission I just thought I could eat a little bad here and go to bed late here and there so i ended my own remission but it is possible to get back.
There are a few people on utube making videos of how they came back from adrenal fatigue. How healthy they are and feel great.
There are so many of us out who are searching for that right balance and we will find it.
I am 50. Been ill since I was 20 and I KNOW there is a way to feel healthy again. I am glad you have your hubby James there for you.
If you would like to talk more closer I am 253-632-433
GoalRemissionParticipantBill,
First buy the herb ashwagandha. It has made a huge difference in my adrenal fatigue. Himalaya brand is really good.
The dosage recommendation on the bottle is meant for someone barely needing help. When in adrenal crisis our bodies have been in emergency for a long time. We need a higher dosage. There is a site that says this. Thank goodness i did take a higher dosage. I never would have gotten any help taking the dosage on the bottle and I would have given up on ashwagandha. Instead ash amazing in treating adrenal glands.
Susan.
GoalRemissionParticipantYes it very well be adrenal fatigue.
Over training in karate is what caused my adrenal fatigue. Adrenal fatigue causes cellular dehydration and that’s where the symptoms go out of control. Dehydration causes a myriad of problems.
Healing the adrenals will reverse the dehydration and symptoms will go away, little by little.
It happened for me. I went from bedridden to feeling the best I ever had my whole life. I had a 6 month remission. I went off track and got sick again.
Am working on another remission.
Please work on adrenals. Ashwagandha herb is making a huge difference for my adrenals.
Susan
GoalRemissionParticipantI wouldn’t bother with the 24 saliva test. I paid for the test, very expensive. It came back negative for adrenal fatigue but i KNEW i had it. So I went ahead with the adrenal fatigue treatment anyway, despite the test results. Best thing i did.
Susimer2 I would reccomend you take ashwagandha herb. It is the best thing you can take for adrenal fatigue. Take more than the bottle says. That dose is too low for a person with adrenal fatigue. Himalaya is a great brand of ashwaganha.
Ashwagandha practically saved my life. It calms my stressed out adrenals like nothing else.
Susan.
GoalRemissionParticipantMax, My name is Susan. If you have adrenal fatigue the best supplement for that is Ashwagandha. A good brand is Himalaya. Take more than what is directed on the bottle. When we ha e adrenal fatigue our bodies have been in crisis for a long time. There is a site that explains the dosage on the bottle is a person with barely a stress problem.
There should never be a one dose fits all. Ash is a very safe adaptgen herb. If I had just taken what the bottle said I would have given up on ash a long time ago instead it has done wonders for my adrenal fatigue.
What does your diet consist of?
Hope you try the ashwagandha.
