    Have you tried all the lifestyle changes such as going to bed early, cutting out the caffeine, getting your stress under control, essential oils, meditation, etc?

    My doctor suggested the best carbs for adrenal fatigue are root vegetables, balanced out with a protein though. Carrots, beets, rutabaga(great for candida), parsnips, yams, and potatoes.
